Why your membership is important to QVCC and the community:
Membership provides voting eligibility during the Annual General Meeting and other Special Meetings. Members are eligible to seek election to the Board and participate in the decisions which shape our Centre and community.
Members receive QVCC newsletters and occasional emails throughout the year to keep informed of events at the Centre and within our community. This may include newsletters from the Neighbourhood Action Committee regarding proposals and changes to the Hillside-Quadra area. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Membership in the Quadra Village Community Centre/ Downtown Blanshard Advisory Committee is for 5 years and is FREE!
Donations are welcomed and tax deductible. Cash, e-Transfers, credit card payments through Canda Helps, and cheques made payable to the Downtown Blanshard Advisory Committee are available ways to donate.
All information provided is maintained in our Membership Document file and used for the business of the society only, for example, to provide notices of special meetings. This information will not be shared outside of the Downtown Blanshard Advisory Committee. *Note: members of the Society can request the names of other members in case they want to persuade member to vote for an initiative or change.
